Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Sales (Field Sales)

Location: Mumbai | Pune office visits 4 days a week
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: 3–4 years in IT, SaaS or enterprise sales

About the role
We’re hiring a hands-on IT sales skilled who loves meeting clients face to face. You’ll visit businesses across Mumbai, pitch our solutions, run live demos and turn prospects into long-term customers. If you enjoy being out in the field and closing deals, this role gives you ownership and solid earning potential.

What you’ll do
Find and meet recent prospects across Mumbai through visits , cold outreach, referrals and networking
Present and demonstrate IT and SaaS solutions to decision-makers at client sites
Understand client needs and propose the right solution, then negotiate and close
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to signed deal, and keep accounts growing after the sale
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update leads, visits and pipeline in the CRM and share regular reports
Visit the Pune office four days a week for team meetings, reviews and coordination with product and delivery teams

What we’re looking for
3–4 years of experience in IT sales, SaaS sales,



enterprise sales or field sales
A track record of meeting or beating targets
Comfortable doing client visits, product demos and presentations
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
Familiar with a CRM and MS Office
Own transport or the ability to travel across Mumbai and to Pune
Graduate in (B.Tech preferably); an MBA is an advantage
Able to join immediately or within a short notice period
