Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotions
Organise health camps, medical awareness programmes, community outreach activities and corporate health check-up drives.
Plan promotional activities, banners, brochures, standees, pamphlets and hospital branding materials.
Coordinate local advertising, exhibitions, networking meetings and promotional events.
Ensure consistent branding and accurate service information across all hospital locations.

D. Doctor & Referral Relationship Management
Coordinate with consultants and department heads to promote available specialities and services.
Develop skilled relationships with general practitioners, clinics, diagnostic centres and corporate medical teams.
Support specialist consultation promotions, health camps and awareness programmes.
Maintain referral partner records and track business development activities ethically.

E. Team Management & Coordination
Lead and supervise the marketing team, field executives and external agencies.
Allocate responsibilities, set targets and review team performance.
Coordinate with hospital administration, front office, doctors, accounts and operations teams.




Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

F. Budgeting, Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare monthly marketing budgets and campaign plans.
Track marketing expenditure, lead generation, conversion rates and return on investment.
Submit weekly progress reports and monthly marketing performance reports to management.
Maintain records of corporate visits, health camps, referrals, enquiries and campaign outcomes.
Recommend improvements based on performance data and market feedback.

G. Healthcare Compliance & Patient-Centred Marketing
Ensure that all promotional materials contain accurate and responsible healthcare information.
Follow applicable healthcare advertising, patient confidentiality, consent and data protection requirements.
Avoid misleading claims, guaranteed treatment outcomes and unauthorised use of patient photographs or testimonials.
Obtain appropriate approvals before publishing medical content or promotional offers.
