Key Job Responsibilities
Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, greet them with a smile, and assist them throughout their dining experience.
Table Setup: Prepare tables with crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other required items.
Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards and SOPs.
Menu Knowledge: Understand menu items, ingredients, portion sizes, and daily specials to assist guests.
Table Clearing: Explicit used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly and reset tables for the next guests.
Guest Satisfaction: Respond politely to guest requests and complaints and report issues to the Captain or Supervisor.
Restaurant Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service stations, and equipment.
Buffet Service: Assist with buffet setup, food replenishment, presentation, and maintaining cleanliness.
Billing Assistance:



Coordinate with the cashier for accurate billing and ensure bills are presented to guests as per SOP.
Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen, stewarding, housekeeping, and front office teams for smooth operations.
Upselling: Promote menu specials, beverages, desserts, and other items to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
Hygiene & Grooming: Follow personal grooming, handwashing, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Mis-en-Place: Complete all pre-service preparations, including polishing cutlery, folding napkins, and stocking service stations.
Teamwork: Follow instructions from the Captain, Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and F&B; Manager.
Closing Duties: Complete closing tasks, clean service areas, replenish supplies, and prepare the restaurant for the next shift.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
