Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures in line with company standards
Conduct inspections and testing of electrical panels and components to identify defects and deviations
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Analyze quality data and identify trends for process improvement
Coordinate with production team to maintain quality standards
Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality practices

Skills:
Quality inspection and testing
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality standards
Root cause analysis and problem-solving
Knowledge of QC tools(SPC, FMEA,



Root Cause Analysis )and documentation
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (EEE / ECE)
Freshers are also apply.
Any Quality-related discipline (e.g., Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical field)
Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Control or related role
Knowledge of QC tools: SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
