Position Summary

As our Accountant, you will play a critical role in bridging financial record-keeping with physical inventory management. You will be responsible for ensuring the absolute accuracy of our stock at our cold storage facilities, managing comprehensive purchase and sales reconciliations, and delivering actionable insights to management through detailed MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Record Management: Maintain exact day-to-day financial records and manage end-to-end reconciliation processes to ensure total financial accuracy.

Sales & Purchase Reconciliation: Rigorously verify and reconcile all purchase and sales transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

ERP & MIS Reporting: Utilize our ERP package to track inventory workflows and extract data to generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior leadership.

Inventory Tracking & Manual Tallying: Oversee both digital and physical inventory. Manually tally inward and outward movements of master cartons and individual products to ensure seamless alignment with system data.

Cold Storage Audits: Conduct regular physical audit checks at our cold storage facilities,



performing strict stock reconciliations to prevent shrinkage and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Process Optimization: Leverage advanced software and contemporary AI tools to streamline accounting workflows, minimize manual errors, and improve reporting speed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or a related financial discipline.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel (expert command of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).

System Experience: Proven hands-on experience working with ERP systems for inventory and financial management.

Up-to-date Tools: Familiarity with AI tools and modern software to enhance data processing and accounting efficiency.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of accurate manual tallying and complex physical stock reconciliation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
