Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, GST documentation, vendor and customer reconciliations, payment processing, and financial record maintenance. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based companies will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, and payments.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor bills and customer outstanding follow-ups.
Perform bank reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and vendor ledger reconciliation.
Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory documentation and filings.
Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, expense records, and supporting documents.
Track payments, receipts, outstanding amounts, and vendor dues.




Assist in monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper accounting records and support internal and statutory audits.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for accounting-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting and Finance.
2–8 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Positive understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger maintenance.
Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or EPC companies will be preferred. Applicants should be organized, accurate, and capable of handling routine accounting activities independently.
