Job Description

Codebrucke Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Assist with preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and internship certificates.
Support payroll-related documentation and employee data management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal meetings.




Assist in monitoring employee performance and maintaining HR reports.
Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
