We are a performance-driven AI marketing company working across e-commerce, applications, finance, real estate, SaaS, B2B, and B2C sectors. With a growing focus on AI automation and smart marketing systems, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Junior performance marketer.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
Support campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other advertising platforms.
Conduct basic keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance, including clicks, impressions, leads, conversions, and cost per lead.
Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve performance and achieve marketing objectives.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and maintain marketing data.
Coordinate with the content and creative teams to develop ad creatives and campaign materials.
Track advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are running within the approved budget.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising tools, and industry best practices.
Support the team in lead generation and achieving campaign targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROAS.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and campaign tracking is preferred.
Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge for reporting and data analysis.
Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and meet deadlines.
