About the Role

Proelium is looking for a Business Development Executive to support the VP – B2G on government, education, institutional and large CSR opportunities.

The role involves taking identified prospects forward — from customer meetings and understanding requirements to proposals, tenders, follow-ups and closure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage government, institutional, education and CSR opportunities.
Track relevant tenders, RFPs and government opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations and concept notes.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial and other inputs.
Coordinate customer meetings, demonstrations and follow-ups.
Maintain an updated opportunity tracker and ensure timely completion of next actions.
Keep the VP – B2G updated on chance status, timelines and key developments.




Travel across Delhi NCR and other states as required.

Who We Are Looking For
3–5 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, government sales, tender management or a similar role.
Experience in education, EdTech, IT or technology solutions preferred.
Government tender/RFP experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation and proposal-writing skills.
Highly organised, persistent and strong on follow-through.
Comfortable dealing with senior government and institutional stakeholders.
Valuable working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
