Fly Media Technology is looking for motivated MBA graduates specializing in Human Resources who want to begin their careers in HR and gain practical corporate experience in a professional work setting.

We are offering a 45-day unpaid training internship to help candidates understand our work processes and evaluate their suitability for the role. Based on performance and organizational requirements, candidates may be considered for a full-time job opportunity after the initial training period.

Candidates who are willing to commit to at least 6 months and build a long-term career with our organization are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring updates.
Support HR documentation and employee record management.
Assist with onboarding and other day-to-day HR activities.




Coordinate with internal teams to support recruitment and HR operations.
