Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.
Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and product enquiries.
Explain our handmade crafts, miniature temple themes, Golu dolls, and customized décor products.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders.
Maintain customer details and daily call reports.
Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed sales.
Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.
Requirements
Positive communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
