Job Title: Sales & Marketing Trainee (Fresher)

Training & Salary
First Month: ₹8,000 stipend during the training period.
After Training: ₹12,000 per month.
Performance-Based Growth: Salary can increase up to ₹15,000 per month after two months, based on performance.
Additional incentives: attractive sales based incentives.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in field sales and marketing activities.
Visit clients and explain company products.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with clients.
Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports.
Participate in training sessions and learn sales techniques.

Certification

Candidates will receive a certificate or diploma in Sales & Marketing upon completion of the training program, as applicable.
