The role requires ownership of both quality and productivity, not merely machine operation.
Set CNC turning machines for current and existing components.
Mount and align tools, holders, jaws, collets, fixtures, and workholding devices.
Set work offsets, tool offsets, wear offsets, and tool geometry.
Set component zero/reference points correctly.
Load and verify CNC programs before production.
Make necessary offset corrections during production.
Ensure proper clamping and component orientation.




Perform tool changes and manage tool life.
