Job Title: Production Trainee – PCB Assembly

Job Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) as per production requirements.
Perform component insertion, soldering, and basic PCB assembly activities.
Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and quality standards.
Inspect assembled PCBs for defects, soldering issues, and component placement errors.
Operate basic production tools and equipment under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation.
Support the production team in meeting daily targets.
Report assembly defects or technical issues to the supervisor.
