Job Position: Accountant
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Berhampur (Gobinda bihar ), Near Ruby Eye Hospital

Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and manage purchase bills, sales bills, payment records, and receivables.
Handle daily cash transactions and maintain cash records.
Manage stock records, inventory updates, and stock reconciliation.
Maintain accounts and financial records using Tally.
Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Excel and MS Word.
Verify invoices, bills, and payment details.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding payments and outstanding bills.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.





Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Working knowledge of Tally accounting software.
Understanding of billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Knowledge of stock and inventory management.
Basic knowledge of cash and bank transactions.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
Valuable communication and organisational skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with prior experience in accounting, billing, or retail electronics will be preferred.
Must be honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
