Job responsibility
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
Process and monitor online orders from receipt to dispatch.
Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds through email, chat, or phone.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates.
Track order status and provide delivery updates to customers.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and order reports.
Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all platforms.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, blinkit etc.) when required.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or customer support.




Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart is preferred.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).
Basic understanding of inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
