Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, process check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and assign rooms.
Reservations & Inquiries: Manage online and phone reservations, handle cancellations, and answer guest questions about hotel amenities or local attractions.
Billing & Payments: Process credit card transactions, post room charges, manage cash floats, and settle final bills.
Department Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to report room readiness and special guest requests.
Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints promptly, log incidents, and follow security and emergency protocols
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
