About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, manage the lead pipeline, and build solid customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven ability to convert leads into enrollments while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions with clarity and confidence.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.




Conduct counselling sessions and demonstrations to guide prospects toward enrollment. Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
