Coordinate with logistics service providers to assess service quality, delivery performance, and pricing.
Support courier contract discussions, rate comparisons, and vendor negotiations.
Develop cost-effective dispatch plans by optimizing shipment volumes and selecting suitable transportation methods.
Track delivery service levels and ensure vendors meet agreed turnaround times and service standards.
Prepare monthly reports on logistics expenditure, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain accurate courier documentation, vendor records, and logistics cost reports
