Job LOcation : Palakkad/Ottapalam
Techome is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell our premium real estate projects in Palakkad & Ottapalam.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Explain project details, pricing, and investment advantages.
Arrange and accompany customers for site visits.
Build strong customer relationships and convert leads into bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Preferred: Positive communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
