Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage civil engineering consultancy projects from concept to completion.
Review and approve DPRs, BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, NBC, CPWD, MES, Defence, PSU, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Environmental disciplines.
Manage project schedules, deliverables, resources, and client requirements.
Conduct technical reviews, value engineering, and design optimization.
Attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and project review discussions.
Support preparation of technical proposals, bids, consultancy agreements, and business development activities.
Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures for engineering deliverables.
Mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
