Doora is a growing hyperlocal services platform offering food delivery, grocery shopping, retail, rides, courier, and home services.

We are looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive to assist with daily platform operations, handle customer enquiries, coordinate with service partners, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and support requests.
Monitor orders, deliveries, rides, and service bookings.
Coordinate with restaurants, vendors, drivers, and delivery partners.
Assist customers with cancellations, refunds, and payment-related issues.
Track and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.
Maintain support records and assist with administrative activities.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web applications.
Valuable problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and service partners.
Previous customer support experience is an advantage.

This is a full-time, office-based position. Candidates must be willing to work from our Marthandam office.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Marthandam and nearby areas.

Remote and hybrid work options are not available.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
