Job Summary

Aswatha TVS is looking for a customer-oriented and target-driven Accessories Executive to manage the sales, display, stock, and fitting coordination of two-wheeler accessories at the showroom. The candidate will be responsible for promoting genuine TVS accessories, recommending suitable products to customers, increasing accessories sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience during vehicle delivery.

Display & Merchandising
Reporting & Coordination
Accessories Product Knowledge

The candidate should develop knowledge of genuine TVS accessories and relevant compatible products, including:
Helmets and riding gear
Seat covers and floor mats, where applicable
Body protection accessories and crash guards, where applicable
Visors, windshields, and protective accessories, where applicable
Vehicle-specific styling and utility accessories
Other genuine TVS-approved accessories for applicable two-wheeler models





Product availability and compatibility must be verified for each TVS vehicle model.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree/diploma.
Experience in automobile accessories sales, preferably in a two-wheeler showroom, is desirable.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or inventory software.
Ability to achieve sales targets and promote products confidently.
Valuable coordination, stock management, and reporting skills.
Positive attitude, discipline, and customer-first approach.

Overall Objective

To increase genuine TVS accessories sales, improve accessories attachment per vehicle, maintain effective inventory control, and enhance the overall customer experience at Aswatha TVS Two-Wheeler Showroom.
