Role Objective

Own the entire customer payment lifecycle across all projects under one reporting line — from booking and home-loan facilitation through stage-wise collection and possession. Drive cash flow, RERA-compliant communication, and a unified customer experience by leading a single combined CRM & Collections team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the unified CRM & Collections team (Officers and Documentation Executives) across all projects.
Own the receivables ledger and ageing (0–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+ days) company-wide.
Set collection targets and monitor % collection vs scheduled billing.
Manage bank / HFC relationships for smooth sanction and disbursement.
Escalate and resolve chronic defaults with full documentation.




Ensure all processes and communication align with RERA and the Agreement for Sale (ATS).
Report cash-flow, outstanding and ageing dashboards to the Director.

Required Background
7–12 years in real-estate CRM / collections or banking / HFC, with team-leadership experience.
Solid command of construction-linked payment plans and the sanction-to-disbursement flow.
MIS / analytics capability and high documentation discipline.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
