Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in land/property documentation and verification, preferably with experience in Tamil Nadu Registration or Legal Departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify land and property-related documents and records.
Review Sale Deeds, Mother Deeds, Patta, Chitta, Encumbrance Certificates (EC) and property tax documents.
Check ownership history and property-related details.
Verify survey numbers, boundaries and other land-related information.
Coordinate with Registration Offices, legal departments and documentation teams when required.
Identify missing documents, discrepancies or issues in property records.
Maintain and organize land/property documentation and records.




Assist lawyers/legal teams with land-related documentation and verification.

Required Experience:
Experience in Tamil Nadu land/property documentation is preferred.
Experience working with Tamil Nadu Registration / Legal Departments will be an advantage.
Candidates who have worked under lawyers or legal departments on land-related documentation can be considered.
LLB is not mandatory; candidates with practical land-documentation experience are preferred.
Candidates with only US mortgage/property documentation experience may not be suitable for this role.
