Job description:
Handle customer queries and resolve technical issues related to product repairs and troubleshooting.
Send routine emails to customers regarding installation and configuration.
Prepare and send bulk emails for marketing and customer communication purposes.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical assistance and follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Knowledge & Skills:
Basics knowledge of electronics & basic troubleshooting knowledge.
Positive Communication, MS Office, Email Etiquette, Problem-Solving, Customer Handling, Quick Learner, Tech-Savvy, Polite and Qualified Attitude.
Qualification: B. Tech. (ECE)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
