Job Opening: Clinic Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Clinic Coordinator to run our clinic floor and own the complete patient experience, from the moment someone walks in to the moment they leave with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth patient flow
Oversee the patient journey end to end: arrival, registration, consultation, treatment, billing, and follow-up
Supervise and guide the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance
Handle patient queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate between doctors, clinical staff, and administrative teams
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized clinic setting
Ensure every patient feels cared for, heard, and happy with their experience

What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in clinic, hospital,



or healthcare operations (preferred)
Solid leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Gujarati and Marathi is a robust advantage
Speaking to inquiries for services over the phone and driving them to sales.
A calm, friendly, solution-oriented attitude, even on busy days
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressur

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
