Job Summary

Looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers professionally, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The candidate must have fluent English communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide required information.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and service requests.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Maintain skilled communication with clients at all times.
Prepare daily call reports and updates.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
