1 Lead management Call every assigned lead within the defined turnaround time. Handle inbound calls promptly; verify, qualify and leads in the CRM.
2 Counselling Understand the student’s background, goals, learning needs and budget. Explain courses, batches, fees, schedule and admission process; handle objections. Recommend the right programme with a consultative, trust-building approach.
3 CRM & admissions Log every interaction, follow-up, payment and status update accurately in the CRM.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
