Key Responsibilities

Follow up on outstanding medical claims with US insurance companies. Contact insurance providers to check claim status and payment updates. Investigate denied, rejected, and underpaid claims. Handle denial management, appeals, and claim resubmissions. Analyze AR aging reports and prioritize pending claims. Identify reasons for payment delays and take corrective action. Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and correspondence. Coordinate with billing, coding, and payment posting teams. Achieve daily productivity, quality, and collection targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline preferred.



Experience in US healthcare medical billing and AR follow-up is preferred. Knowledge of insurance claims, denial management, and AR aging. Valuable English communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Experience - Experience required 6 month or more Experienced candidates in US medical billing and AR follow-up are preferred.
