Education: HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate

Salary: ₹35,000 CTC

In-Hand: ₹32,000 + ₹5,000 Incentives

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers regarding outstanding medical claims.

Follow up on unpaid and pending claims to ensure timely reimbursement.

Handle claim denials, appeals, and payment discrepancies.

Identify and correct claim errors.

Analyze ERA/EOB to identify payment and billing discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of calls, claim status, and follow-up activities.

Handle high-volume voice processes while maintaining quality and productivity.

Required Skills & Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling / Physician Billing.





Solid knowledge of Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.

Valuable understanding of Insurance Claims, Denials, Appeals & Reimbursement.

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & CMS-1500 forms.

Experience in Accounts Receivable, Behavioral Health, or Physician Billing will be preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in a voice process and rotational shifts.

Knowledge of medical billing software and MS Office.
