Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various sales channels.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective customers and existing clients.
Present property details, project features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
Coordinate property site visits, customer meetings, and sales presentations.
Negotiate with clients, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into successful sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets, maintain customer records, and submit regular sales performance reports.

Compensation & Career Opportunities:
Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000.
