We are hiring a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive for our team in Velachery, Chennai.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and communicate with customers.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO,



or related roles.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
