Planning & Design Support: Reviewing plans, creating project schedules, selecting materials, and ensuring designs are buildable.
Site Management: Overseeing daily operations, managing labor, equipment, and materials, and enforcing safety regulations.
Budget & Schedule Management: Developing budgets, tracking expenses, and adjusting timelines to meet deadlines.
Risk & Quality Control: Conducting site analysis, assessing potential risks, and ensuring quality standards and building codes are met.
Coordination: Acting as a link between owners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, communicating progress and challenges.
Technical Problem-Solving: Resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
