Plan, coordinate, and execute marine engineering and ship repair projects.
Review work orders, technical specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
Coordinate with clients, shipyard representatives, ship staff, and internal technical teams.
Monitor daily project activities to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Coordinate manpower deployment and allocation of work to supervisors and technicians.
Identify material, tools, equipment, and consumable requirements for project execution.
Supervise and monitor mechanical repair, equipment overhauling, fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to management.
Monitor project schedules, identify delays, and take necessary corrective actions.




Maintain project records, including work reports, manpower details, material consumption, and inspection reports.
Coordinate with the commercial team for work measurements, additional-work records, and invoice preparation.
Assist in preparing project estimates, quotations, material requirements, and variation statements.
Prepare project completion reports and ensure proper handover of completed work.
