We are hiring a Site Engineer with around 1 year of experience to supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities at our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site work and ensure it follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and laborers to keep work on schedule
Check and take measurements of completed work for billing
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material registers
Monitor material quantity and quality, and report shortages
Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed on site
Assist the Project Manager / Senior Engineer with planning and execution
Resolve site issues and report problems promptly

Requirements
Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
1 year of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role (freshers with strong site internship experience may also apply)




Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Knowledge of quantity estimation and site measurement
Valuable communication skills in [Malayalam / English / Hindi]
Willingness to work at project sites and travel when needed

Preferred
Experience in [residential / commercial / road / infrastructure] projects
Valid driving license and own two-wheeler

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
