Key Responsibilities:.

1.Sales & Business Development (60%):
Generate current business from Corporate, SME, Travel Agents & MICE
Achieve monthly room nights & revenue targets for Corporate & Banquet Sales
Conduct daily sales calls, client visits & market surveys in Pune
Handle Corporate Rate Contract (RFPs), Banquet Enquiries, Day Conferencing
Close deals for Rooms, Conference Halls, Banquets, Restaurant (F&B;)
Sales Operations & Coordination (40%):

Manage entire sales operations - Enquiry to Billing

Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Banquet & Housekeeping for smooth event execution

Prepare Sales Reports, Sales Forecast, MIS & Competition Analysis

Manage OTA extranets, Corporate portals, and CRM updates

Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal sharing, and contract closure

Handle post-event feedback & client retention

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
