Plant Supervisor - Polymer / Plastic Manufacturing

Salary: Rs. 22,000 - Rs. 28,000 per month (final salary based on interview, skills and experience)

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a supervisor in a factory / plant (plastic, polymer, recycling or any manufacturing industry preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Plant Supervisor who can manage the day-to-day operations of our factory, maintain proper records and keep the Directors updated regularly.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily plant and production activities
Manage workers, shifts and work allocation
Monitor production, raw material and finished goods stock
Maintain daily records: production, dispatch, stock, attendance and machine reports
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Dispatch teams




Ensure quality standards, safety rules and cleanliness in the plant
Report machine breakdowns and maintenance requirements on time
Share daily and weekly updates with the Directors

Requirements
Prior experience as a Plant / Factory / Production Supervisor
Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel and Gmail
Good leadership and people management skills
Honest, disciplined and responsible
Valuable communication skills in Hindi
Ability to work independently and take ownership
