We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert with 1–2 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media management, content creation, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content strategies.
Create and optimise paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
Implement A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills




Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website traffic analysis.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Candidates with practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns will be preferred.
