Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant service staff.
Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure prompt and courteous service.
Take guest orders and ensure food and beverages are served correctly and on time.
Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place, and restaurant readiness before service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager when required.
Monitor staff grooming, personal hygiene, discipline, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel operating procedures.
Check restaurant cleanliness, table arrangements, and equipment before and after service.
Assist in staff training, duty allocation, and shift briefings.
Verify bills and coordinate with the cashier to ensure accurate billing.
Monitor guest feedback and work to improve service quality.
Maintain inventory of service items and report breakages or shortages.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
