Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented and approachable CRM Executive to enhance customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and provide personalized assistance to customers visiting our jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Explain jewellery savings schemes, their benefits, terms, and conditions to customers.
Understand customer preferences and guide them towards suitable jewellery schemes based on their needs and budget.
Follow up with customers regarding scheme enrolments, payments, enquiries, and upcoming visits.
Resolve customer concerns patiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records accurately.




Coordinate with the sales team to address customer concerns and improve service quality.

Candidate Requirements
Pleasant personality with a friendly attitude and a customer-first approach.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Tamil is mandatory; English and Malayalam are preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
Freshers are welcome; relevant experience is an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in CRM, jewellery showrooms, retail stores, or malls are preferred.
Candidates residing within 5–10 km of the showroom are preferred.
Updated resume and recent passport-size photograph are compulsory.
