The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Property Listing Executive to manage property listings, inventory, and portal updates accurately across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and publish property listings on the company website and property portals.
Collect property details, photographs, and documents from the site and verify their accuracy.
Update pricing, availability, and status of listings regularly.
Maintain the property inventory database and remove sold or outdated listings.
Manage portal accounts, respond to portal enquiries, and pass leads to the sales team.
Ensure listings are complete, consistent, and professionally presented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.




Minimum 6 months of experience in property listing, data entry, real estate, or a related field.
Positive written communication and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and mobile photography.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Familiarity with portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, or Housing.com is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
