Academic Counsellor – Vedantu | Koramangala, Bangalore
Freshers & experienced welcome | ₹4–6 LPA + uncapped incentives

What you earn
Freshers: ₹27,900 per month for the first 3 months (apprenticeship), then ₹4 LPA full time
Experienced, EdTech sales: ₹4–6 LPA
Experienced, other sales or telecalling: ₹4–4.8 LPA
Uncapped incentives: most counsellors earn ₹15,000–₹30,000 a month extra, and top performers earn ₹70,000+

What you’ll do




Talk to students and parents on inbound and outbound calls
Explain courses, fees and results clearly and honestly
Handle the sale from first call to admission
Follow up on leads and meet monthly targets
Share a daily report with your Team Leader

You’re a good fit if
You communicate well in English and/or Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or another regional language
You have sales, telesales, inside sales, BPO or counselling experience, or you’re a fresher with a robust drive to sell
You enjoy targets and incentives
You have your own laptop
