Salary (CTC): ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Eligibility
Degree in Hotel Management (HM) from a recognized university/institute, OR
ITI in Bakery & Confectionery / Food & Beverage / Baker & Confectioner / Food Production (CTS), OR
NCVT-approved MES in Cook (General/Continental/Indian Cuisine), Food & Beverage Service, or Hospitality Assistant, OR
Trade Diploma in Food Production / Food & Beverage Operations / Bakery & Confectionery from a recognized IHM/NCHMCT or Government-recognized institute.

Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare Indian/Continental food as per the menu and required standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Handle food preparation, cooking, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
Check and maintain proper storage and freshness of ingredients.
Minimize food wastage and follow FIFO practices.
Coordinate with the Chef/Kitchen Supervisor for smooth operations.
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
