Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite, skilled manner
Understand customer requirements
Explain product details
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness and visual appeal
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
Coordinate with inventory staff for stock availability and updates
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices
Working Hours: 10.30 AM to 8.30 PM

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 8th pass / Any graduate
Experience in retail sales preferred




Solid communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of retail business and customer care
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and festivals
Presentable appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

Upselling and cross-selling skills
