Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced MCU Technical Lead with robust expertise in Embedded C/C++, NXP or Nordic (nRF) microcontrollers, RTOS, and firmware development.
The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of embedded solutions, mentor teams, drive architecture decisions, and work on next-generation connected devices involving BLE, wireless protocols, device drivers, and low-level hardware integration.
Experience with Zephyr, FreeRTOS, board bring-up, debugging, and product development lifecycle is highly desirable.
