Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution as per approved designs, timelines, and cost parameters.
Ensure availability and optimal utilization of resources (manpower, materials, equipment) to meet project deadlines.
Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory compliance at project sites.
Review and refine project plans prepared by the central planning team.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project plans.
Ensure site readiness before construction, including land clearance, removal of encumbrances, and utility shifting.
Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required at site.
Supervise site activities to ensure contractors execute work as per specifications, quality standards, and timelines.




Provide technical guidance and resolve critical in office challenges.
Act as the single point of contact between site teams, regional office, and head office.
Monitor project costs regularly and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Maintain a secure and productive work setting at the project site.
Participate in the selection and finalization of vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Conduct weekly project review meetings with contractors and architects.
Handle client interactions, especially during escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues in coordination with the site team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
