Stock and inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, basic computer skills (MS Excel / stock software), record keeping, knowledge of hygienic food storage, attention to detail, coordination and communication skills.

Min-3 to5 years experience

Key responsibilities
Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices
Maintain stock records and store items with proper hygiene, temperature and humidity
Issue materials to production against approved indents
Monitor stock levels and expiry (FIFO/FEFO); report shortages, excess and wastage
Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies
Keep records of receipts, issues, returns and stock reports
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and Quality Control
Maintain cleanliness, pest control and protected stacking of store assets

Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
