Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day showroom floor operations.
Supervise and guide sales staff.
Ensure customers are attended properly and complaints are handled quickly.
Monitor staff discipline, attendance, grooming and work allocation.
Track daily sales performance and help the team achieve targets.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness and arrangement of merchandise.
Coordinate with cashier, stock/inventory team and store management.
Check stock availability and report rapid-moving/slow-moving items.
Assist in staff training and improving selling skills.
Handle floor issues and ensure smooth operations during rush hours.
Submit daily updates and reports to management.

Requirements
Prior experience in retail, preferably saree, ethnic wear, garments or textile retail.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Customer-focused and disciplined.
Basic understanding of sales targets, stock and retail operations.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Location: Banda, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
