Role & responsibilities :
Coordination and communication across various nodes/functions.
Shift performance report, analysis & actions for improvisation.
Hourly production, Yield, and downtime update.
Single handedly looking after the Plant Operation.
Ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
To analyses job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
Investigate problems, analyses root causes and define resolutions.
Skill gap analysis of staff and technical teams to enhance skill through OJT.
Responsible for weekly and monthly governance of core KPIs of the factory and triggering for pro- active actions for any hits and misses.
